What Clearpoint Environmental collects through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a site assessment, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, organization, email address, phone number, the type of property or facility, its location and any message you write. Only your name and email address are required.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics also records how the site is used. That is covered below.
How we use it
We use the details you send to answer your request, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate and follow up about work we do for you. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How your request reaches us
The form is delivered as an email to the Clearpoint Environmental team. The website itself does not keep a copy. Delivery runs through our website host and an email delivery service (Amazon Simple Email Service), which handle your request only to deliver it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our website host, our email delivery service and Google for analytics, and only so they can do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website: which pages are viewed, how a visitor arrived, an approximate location at the city level, and the type of device and browser. It also tells us when someone clicks our email address or sends the site assessment form. Nothing you type into the form is sent to Google.

This website is meant for property owners, managers and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
